		<description>Depends on the lemon tree . My Grandfather had one down on the homestead that would be plenty sour till the final weeks of ripening. They would start to turn sweet so you ended up with an interesting sweet n sour taste. Wish I knew the variety, they were twice the size of a normal lemon with the distinctive shape.
