		<description>I don&#039;t love sharks anymore than I love rattlesnakes. However, each is vital. Of course Jerry will sign it, he&#039;s the poster boy for PETA or Flower Power or something.

However, all the ships have to do is go beyond the 3 mile limit which is all California, I believe, can exert control over and fin all they desire. Besides, the Chinese and Japanese are much more prolific at it than we are.

Anyway, I&#039;ve had shark fin soup. Nothing to write home about. Ban its sale in California and that would be much more effective than an almost unenforceable, unilateral, state fishing ban.</description>
