However, each is vital. Of course Jerry will sign it, he's the poster boy for PETA or Flower Power or something. However, all the ships have to do is go beyond the 3 mile limit which is all California, I believe, can exert control over and fin all they desire. Besides, the Chinese and Japanese are much more prolific at it than we are. Anyway, I've had shark fin soup. Nothing to write home about.
