		<description>Where I see them close-up is when I visit the boardwalk during the summer, here at the Jersey Shore. If I end up getting something to eat and walking the boardwalk with it, the seagull rule is &quot;watch out!&quot; They&#039;re not above trying to snatch something edible away from a person; they have no fear.</description>
