		<description>I was always impressed with how well even wet wool worked in cold.  Our old &#039;horse-blanket&#039; greens saved me a couple times.  At 20,000+ feet, when the paper cup of coffee froze on the floor of the R4D, I welcomed the warmth (aside from other misery in the air, bumpy ride...)</description>

		<description>Have it professionally cleaned or clean it yourself with cold water and Woolite then hang dry it with a fan on it. Wet wool should not stink just because it is wet. If it did, most GIs would gag as the service still uses (for good reason) a lot of wool in clothing and GIs get wet - a lot. Neither training nor combat is called off for rain.</description>
