I use a carved chopstick to level off my measuring cups and spoons when adding dry ingredients to a recipe. It's a heavy white plastic, engraved, with red inlays. Got the pair at an upscale Chinese restaurant years ago. Also good for stabbing pot stickers and other morsels.
