My grandson will be getting a mildly used (but in great shape, 48,000 miles) Toyota Tacoma pickup for HS graduation and to take to college. 4WD, as winters here in Ohio have been rather "interesting" of late. I figured that a 5 year old Tacoma would elicit no undue interest and the things are pretty darned near bullet proof, so it can be parked out in the weather and with the 4WD he can get most anywhere he has any business going when the snow dumps on us. Plus he can made some friends pulling other college kids' cars out when it gets deep.
