Sea Monkeys! I’ve never known brine shrimp who could be taught to do tricks, but in this world of genetic engineering, who knows what’s to come! (Though if that feat was accomplished I doubt the results would be sold in the back of a comic book.) ;)

I’ve never known a horse with an appetite for denim nor dungarees. They usually go for the leg under them. No leg = no fun = I’ll graze elsewhere.

When I was a kid there was an ad in the comics for a device that would let you “throw your voice.” The example in the ad was a kid making a locked trunk call, “Help! Let me out!”

Just the first of disappointing advertisements.

Don’t get me STARTED on “X-Ray Specs.”
