		<description>I have to admit, I&#039;ve seen a gazillion Halloween costumes in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia, but never an octopus, either rabid or not. Not even Cthulhu.  Good imagination, Chris. Nor have I seen a rolled up newspaper among the many costumes people put on their dogs when they go out trick or treating. I have seen a dog dressed as a giant scorpion and plenty of dachshunds dressed in the proverbial hot dog outfit and poodles as ballerinas.</description>
