Yeah, like when my doctor tries to convince me that eating chocolate for dinner isn’t good for me. Starts telling me stuff like, “You need to eat vegetables! You need to eat lean meats!” Hey! All the chocolate I eat contains milk! Some of it contain nuts! They’re healthy! Back off!

And the one thing that’s non-negotiable this year: No resolutions.
