It was interesting each time I brought back the Pudu, I’d have to go back in the archive and see what ridiculous task I sent him on the previous time. :)
I think jokes like that are only funny if you’re the one driving the tank.
I don’t know why this strip delights me so much. Maybe the contrast of the innocent grocery list to the concept of war.
Sometimes it’s hard to argue with things you REALLY want to argue against.
I’m actually kinda’ proud of this speech. :)
That’s the thing about people who stand up to bullies, they might end up heroes, and they might end up flat.
This is the kind of thinking I had as a kid, and no doubt the kind of thinking the department of Civil Engineers revel in. :)
I tried saving UPC symbols once as a kid, to get a tee-shirt. The thing never arrived, and I was a kid, so I didn’t really know who to complain to. Ah well.
I think the first questions I’d ask myself if I saw a tank on the horizon would be, “what did I do?”
I find the glare to be a very persuasive argument.
