I loved it when I could tie in various storminess like this. It just tickled me, and inspired me to leave myself plenty of loose ends.
And now for a brief musical interlude.
Hard learned lessons. :)
I learned to scuba-dive, a bit before this series. And it was really interesting to invert that learning to “out of water.”
I remember not being sure what to do with Dee in this strip, since she doesn’t talk, so she can’t say “Polo!” Ignoring the problem seemed the best solution. :)
It is such a vigorous stroke. I could never get it down right.
I think of this when I buy things online, and some people hate an item and others love it.
Ugh. Humid summer nights are the worst. Give me a winter night with the heat off and big blankets any day. I mean, night.
I think my favorite part about this one is all the groceries laying around in the first panel.
The line gets fuzzy where (un)realities meet. Just like Ted! Fuzzy!
