I don’t know if Ted is correct in saying Blake was “right” exactly, but I generally feel this philosophy, “thank goodness we all made it through another day alive.”
This happens to be also why I LOVE November (oh, and this is from a New England November standpoint).
Having grown up with a dog, I learned early on how the “angry stare” can just make a dog bow in shame even if they’ve done nothing.
With great power comes the need to been greatly sympathetic and kind.

I feel I’m pretty good at letting things go. But sometimes I’m torn. In today’s strip, part of me likes the wordy babble of Vachel in this particular case…. but part of me wants to edit out about 2/3 of the words. :)
