You could always bring your own oxidizer, though it wouldn’t really be a fire.
Yes, fire (flame) also requires atmospheric pressure.
Funny how people are commenting about how you can’t get fire on the moon, and not one word about how a shuttle just HAPPENED to have spacesuits that fit a small child, a vulture, a dog, and a bear.
