   Even so, one doesn’t think of Blake employing sarcasm (“Dramatic irony, pathos, puns, hyperbole, litotes and satire. ‘E was vicious”? Anyone?) even when provoked by Vachel.

   It’s true, is is unusual for Blake to be sarcastic. In this case I felt that what he was doing was enough of “mimicking” which he DOES do, that I could let it pass.
