Templar Knights are the key to all conspiracy. So, if you have a theory, ad them to it.
Wanted to like “The DaVinci Code” more than I did. But I didn’t.
For those of you who don’t know, I do another comic called “Spacetrawler.”
It’s fun (although some of the language and content is not for kids). So, read it.
And I’m doing a Kickstarter campaign to print book 2 of Spacetrawler, and the extra money is heling reprint the Little Dee books which are almost out of print. Support it!

uh, yeah, just the language. not the horrific burning of characters we’ve come to care about (and now many others as well). (I don’t mean this as anything against spacetrawler. it’s a great comic, good things can be upsetting. but language does not rate for what you might want to warn people about)
I agree. Mindless sex with Dimitri, horrible deaths, slavery, Martina horribly disfigured and wanting someone to kill her, etc, etc.
I love the comic, but it is definitely for adults only. Not as bad as SSMyra, of course (nothing could be, that is just sheer pornography), but Space Trawler is definitely too grown up for most kids who are not legal to play Grand Theft Auto. I believe 16 is a reasonable limit for Trawler, while I’m not sure I’m old enough for SSMyra, and I’m 60 and a former Marine and Army Ranger.
PS: I agree about Dee and Loki. ;-)
Blog adjusted. Sorry, I have such a hard time telling these days, what with South Park and Family Guy and All that, sometimes I think I’m super tame. But yes, definitely some more mature themes.
South Park is not a kid’s show, either. Chef’s big salty chocolate balls. Big Gay Al’s Big Gay whatever. Small wonder SP is on late and on cable/satellite.
Have you ever read Foucault’s Pendulum by Umberto Eco? (Your line about being sure to add Templars to any conspiracy makes me think you have). Also, it is a little like if The Da Vinci Code was written by an actually brilliant semiotician–and over 10 years earlier. I found it was a nice counterpoint.
@Connor, ha! Yes, years ago. Been meaning to read “The Name of the Rose,” too. :)
