This is one of those strips which was a singular inspiration, which hit it’s mark and then ran with it. It should be saccharine sweet, but it simply works.
Also, my housemate bought it, and so I got to look at it over the sink for a year or so before I left Olympia. :)
I love the second panel. Dee’s expression is so content. The composition is satisfying to the eye. Brilliant work :)
Vachel is so, SO sage in this one.
