I think the thing about bubbles is that you really need to play with them or have someone else running around playing with them. Bubbles alone are not a game. Or not much of one.
Then again, i never understood the whole concept of playing very well.

I had an automatic bubble blower. I’d set it up in the big garage when there was much of a breeze to keep them from all blowing away. It made hundreds of tennis-ball sized bubbles a minute. My Chinese Shar-Pei would growl, chase them all around and bite at them. My grandson who was 3 at the time thought that was hilarious. He’d get his big wheel and ride around though them and laugh. Then I’d get out bottles and he and I would try to blow bigger bubbles. When it was calm outside I got out the “monster bubble” pan and wand.
Bubbles are better with little kids.
