With all the junk mail, it’s a wonder that the USPS is in dire straits. Make them pay full, first class postage. It will make more money for the USPS, and cut down on some of the stuff, possibly. I also say make telemarketers pay $1 per call and apply it to the deficit. That’ll shut them down real quick.
