I’ve always thought it very nice of people to leave dogs with such convenient facilities everywhere they go.
This also bugs me about public bathrooms. This isn’t even the first strip I did on the topic. I suppose we all must have our pet peeves, and as they go, this seems pretty kindly.
And people wonder why big city streets and alleys smell of urine. Lack of public restrooms. Of course, the flip side is that many places removed their public restrooms when junkies took them over.
And now the Tenderloin smells like junkie pee. This is progress?
