I learned this while in Ireland. A show/play for children which encourages interaction and does exchanges like in this strip is called a “pantomime.”
That surprised me, because in some languages, pantomime is theater without words.
@Lev, common roots, different evolutions. Like lemurs and monkeys. Or vultures and eagles. Eagles may be more noble, but it’s the vultures that clean up other carnivore’s messes.
