This one was a fun one to pace. I especially like how the 4th panel came out, it feels almost in slow motion, suspended in air, slowly revolving.

And then I threw Sisyphus in for bonus.

Speaking of Greek Mythology, I’m also surprised you didn’t work in Tityus, with a vulture tearing at his liver, in Tartarus.

With Vachel I thought that would be a natural.

OMG, yeah, you’re right. I think that’s totally from my childhood looney tunes memories. :)

I didn’t know the myth of Tityus. But that totally would have been excellent fodder for a joke. “I thought he said, in tatar sauce.”
