I remember struggling with editing down the third panel. And still, in the end, it’s a little wordy in panel 3, but was worth it for the last panel.
Nice people always get steamrolled over when they try (and inevitably fail) at being a little wicked. One of those life lessons.

Oohhhhh…. I do remember that feeling, of being caught by parent/teacher/authoritive-fuigure in the midst of laughing mad chaos.

Sometimes everyone is happy, even when it comes from everyone misunderstanding each other.
I loved playing dress-up as a kid, and gender never seemed to be a factor. That’s what imagination is about, right? Being someone/where else?
The pure evil-ness of this just cracks me up. And especially when it’s one of the few times that Vachel tries to have fun and play along. Poor fella.
If one is type-casting, this arrangement does make the most sense.
