   I can empathize with Dee. When I’m sick from a flu or bad cold or something, I cocoon. I take a scalding hot shower, get into bed, make the bedroom cold and then more or less hibernate in a healing stupor until better. I’ll get up to go to the bathroom, shower and/or get a tall glass of orange juice with a tablespoon of Tabasco stirred in, then back to bed and sleep. If I have chills I cover up with a comforter, if I have a fever, I kick everything off and lay with the fan blowing on me (fan running in the bedroom at all times).

   I like the look that Dee is giving Vatchel in the third panel. The “I’m kind of awake and you are annoying.” look.

   @War_Pig, yeah, me too. Just want to sleep and get the dang thing over with. :)

   @Kittencontinues, I wonder if I was sick then or right before then, because yeah, that expression does seem spot on. :)

   At our house we ask for the Tuesday Pill – you know, the one where you take it and fall asleep until next Tuesday, at which point you feel better. Since we haven’t found one yet, we have to make do with Nyquil and rum&honey hotted up. Not together. I mean, Nyquil by itself is enough to drop a horse, so no reason to muck it up with more alcohol, right?
