   Still can’t stand it. Tofu is the evil love child of Styrofoam and Jello. Only way I can eat it is in Chinese hot & sour soup.

   Tofu isn’t particularly evil, just a flavour sink. You have to pile tasty stuff on it for the result to taste of anything.
