I think one of those would be useful for tofu actually.
Hmmm, never had grilled tofu, I wonder how would it taste, given that the times i have had tofu it didn’t have any flavor of its own, tasted just like whatever else we put on it.
Would it also work with a chimichurri sauce?
@Hielario; That is the whole point of tofu. You flavor it to suit. Personally, I think tofu is the love child of Jello and Styrofoam, but my vegetarian daughter uses it a lot.
