It was interesting researching this one. I’ve been a life-long vegetarian, so I had little experience with outdoor grills as a kid.
I often grill veggies for my younger daughter who is vegetarian. Potatoes of all sorts, eggplant, asparagus, carrots, onions, mushrooms, black bean veggie burgers, tofu, etc. I just really clean the side I’m doing her veggies on so as not to “contaminate” them with past meat juices.
Everyone loves the hobo potatoes.
