My nephew recruited me. Although, in his case, he was very helpful. But it gave me this idea for a comic! :)

We didn’t do paper chains, but we did string popcorn and cranberries. Looked good on the tree and after Christmas we hung them outside for the birds, who enjoyed the food.
Kinda odd that Blake should be the one figuring it out :P
