I liked the idea that Blake hangs around with Gabe and Tycho, playing video games.
Little Dee books are available at TopatoCo.

Ha! This week was me pushing book #2. Back when I was fulfilling my own orders. Once I went to TopatoCo I was finally convinced to charge a few dollars more. I do tend to undersell myself. Of course, the books have been reprinted as two 8.5×11 volumes. So, get ‘em all, “Act now!”

I hate it when I willfully ignore the relevancy of things which prove me wrong. I do it. I think most people do. And if I catch myself doing it, I try to stop. Sigh.

The Kübler-Ross stages of grief are fairly well known, although they are more guidelines than rules. I did my best to explore them through Blake. They are:
denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance
Yesterday, of course, Blake was in denial. Today it would be anger.

To every side of drama, there’s another side of equally believable nature.
This was an interesting week to write, dealing with grief of a lost parent without getting too maudlin. Making it both sensitive and funny. A challenge, but I really wanted to do it.
